IT Manager

Location: Keratea, Industrial Park

Our company, with many years of presence in the logistics sector and in the distribution of pharmaceutical products and medical equipment, is seeking an IT Manager with a passion for technology and continuous improvement.

The role combines technical responsibility and operational oversight, aiming for the stable and secure operation of the company’s information systems, as well as the optimization of processes through technology.

• Management and maintenance of IT infrastructure, servers, networks (LAN/WAN/VPN), and databases (SQL).

• Support and configuration of the WMS and other operational systems of the company.

• Collaboration with ERP and WMS vendors for upgrades, improvements, and issue resolution.

• Monitoring of system security, backups, and disaster recovery.

• Development of technical documentation, troubleshooting, and incident management.

• Participation in ERP / WMS / TMS integration projects and development of new functionalities.

• Cooperation with the operations team to identify and implement technological improvements.

• Degree in Computer Science or a related field.

• At least 5 years of experience in IT Support / System Administration or similar role.

• Knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, SQL Server.

• Good understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, VPN, DNS, DHCP).

• Ability to use SQL for queries and data analysis.

• Experience with ERP / WMS applications and basic knowledge of logistics processes.

• Ability to produce technical documentation and collaborate with vendors.

• Excellent command of Greek and English.

• Experience with PYLON, Mantis, JDA, SAP WM, or Manhattan WMS.

• Knowledge of EDI, REST APIs, or ERP integrations.

• Experience with ISO systems or Computer System Validation (CSV).

• Scripting knowledge (e.g., PowerShell, Bash).
