EuroHub Pharma Logistics S.A. is growing dynamically and is seeking Customer Service Representatives for its facilities in Keratea and Markopoulo.
The Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the main point of contact between customers, warehouse, and distribution teams, ensuring a high level of service and smooth order flow.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and monitor customer orders (order processing)
• Daily communication with pharmaceutical companies and partners
• Coordinate with warehouse and distribution departments
• Monitor deliveries and handle deviations or customer complaints
• Maintain records, reports, and performance indicators (KPIs, SLAs)
• Ensure compliance with procedures and GDP standards
Required Qualifications
• Previous experience in a Customer Service role, ideally in logistics / pharma / supply chain
• Very good knowledge of MS Office (Excel required)
• Excellent command of Greek and good knowledge of English
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Strong organizational skills, responsibility, and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in a 3PL environment
• Knowledge of ERP and/or WMS systems
• Familiarity with GDP procedures or pharmaceutical regulations
