IT Support & Business Systems Specialist (ERP / WMS)

Position Overview

As part of our continued growth, we are looking for an IT Support & ERP / WMS Specialist to provide technical support for the company's IT infrastructure and business systems, ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day business activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide 1st and 2nd level technical support to end users.
• Administer and support Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Install, configure and maintain PCs, printers and peripheral devices.
• Support, troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ERP and WMS systems.
• Provide basic network support (LAN, Wi-Fi and VPN).
• Support RF scanners, barcode printers and warehouse IT equipment.

Required Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in an IT Support role.
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365.
• Basic understanding of networking technologies (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP and VPN).
• Experience supporting ERP and WMS systems.
• Experience in PC and peripheral hardware support.
• Good command of the English language.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving and user support skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a Logistics, 3PL or warehouse environment.
• Experience supporting and/or configuring ERP and WMS systems.
• Knowledge of Active Directory and/or Microsoft Entra ID.
• Experience supporting RF scanners, handheld devices and barcode printers.
• Understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management processes.
